Ready for a fresh start?
Find a blood pressure program available where you live
Alaska's health department supports many great options. You can join a Self-Measured Blood Pressure Program (SMBP) for 4–6 months to learn how to manage your blood pressure and make other related healthy changes. These changes could include losing weight or staying at a healthy weight, managing stress, and taking medications if needed. Participants in online programs track progress and work with assigned coaches using the mobile app or computer.

Alaska Department of Health is able to support hundreds of Alaskans to join online programs at no cost to them.
