Find a weight-loss and diabetes prevention program available where you live

Alaska’s health department supports many great options. Want to join an online program focused on losing weight AND preventing diabetes? That’s called a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). If you don’t meet the eligibility requirements for the DPP, you’re likely eligible for another option. That’s called a Healthy Lifestyle Program to lose weight and make other healthy changes. We will match you with the best program for you. Participants in online programs track progress and work with assigned coaches using the mobile app or computer.
